I've had many and varied and some interesting bad habits in my life. When I was 30 I walked into a gym and fell in love with weight training. Everything else just followed. Weight training gave me a sense of purpose and a sense of achievement.
After some unpleasant injuries, I learnt how to train smart, not just hard.
The goal is to get you looking and feeling better; to boost your self-esteem and to feel strong- mentally and physically.
I understand your head-space. I know what it feels like to not want to look in the mirror, to always feel awkward, to be alone when all your friends have partners; and going back even further, what it feels to be the last one picked for the sports team.
Now imagine what it’s like to feel good about yourself. Imagine what it’s like to buy clothes because you like them, not because they don’t accentuate body parts you hate.
I'm on your side and I'll tailor-make plans for YOU.
ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL!
I engaged Felicity when I got to the stage of "enough is enough" about my weight. She was the one person who believed in me more than anyone else, in fact when I was 30kg overweight she even believed in me enough to suggest I do a body building comp which seemed impossible at the time as I had battled yoyo dieting and emotional over eating for years and had little faith left in myself.
